Tim Bresnan and Steven Finn have both been called into the England squad (1/5 in Betfred’s outright series betting) for the upcoming Tests against Bangladesh, with Ryan Sidebottom ruled out through injury.

Sidebottom suffered a thigh problem during the first one-day international of the current series and has been forced to fly home to receive further treatment.

Yorkshire’s Tim Bresnan, who has impressed during the ODI series, has been called into the Test party to replace Sidebottom, while Middlesex youngster Finn will act as cover.

England’s selectors have seen their bowling plans thrown into tatters for the forthcoming two-Test series, with other injury concerns in the camp.

Steve Broad has been ruled out of the third ODI in Chittagong (England are 1/5 to win the third match) with a back complaint, while Graham Onions has also been sent for scan on a back problem.

Yorkshire’s Ajmal Shahzad could make his one-day debut in Friday’s clash, while Durham’s Liam Plunkett offers another option.
