Here are today's Ladbrokes Roscommon tips

Bran Nolan tries STRANDHILL in blinkers for the first time and will be hoping they have the desired effect.
The daughter of Footstepsinthesand ran a race full of promise when a close second to Full Of Hope at Tipperary in April but has failed to build on that in her two subsequent starts, though she has performed by no means badly. Green Utopia made a very promising debut behind Mountain Mama at Leopardstown last July but disappointed on her only other start on the same track in September and hasn't been seen since. Lily's Star make a quick reappearance after a fair opening run behind Brazilian Beauty at Limerick on Saturday and won't need to improve too much to get involved here.

MUTAMALEQ attempted to make all over today's trip at Tipperary last month but found Jembatt much too strong and easily succumbed with 2f still to go.
Dermot Weld puts the blinkers on him tonight and he may just have enough pace to see off the attentions of Green Art. Kevin Prendergast's son of Dubai Destination looked a sure-fire future winner when a close second to Bright Horizon over 1m2f at the Curragh last month but didn't have the speed to cope with Bea Remembered over a mile on a return visit earlier this month. Red Sparky was totally unfancied on his debut at Fairyhouse at the beginning of the month but ran an excellent race behind School Holidays and will have come on for the experience. Roicead finished a couple of lengths behind that day but should also have benefited from the run and Jessica Harrington's superbly bred son of Giant's Causeway is definitely one to keep an eye on.

Insomnitas should really have won by now but he's gone 23 starts without losing his maiden tag and can hardly be supported despite a good effort at Listowel last time.
GAGNANT is another long-time maiden though he produced his best-ever run when a short-head behind Inishtearaght over a mile at Naas a week ago and a repeat effort would be good enough for this despite a 2lbs rise. Secret Hero has yet to show the kind of form he produced in the UK for Richard Hannon though he's slipped to a very fair mark while Blue Laws hasn't won for two years though the fact that he's now on an 18lbs lower mark offers some optimism for connections and he ran well at Down Royal last month. Russian View has been mainly confined to polytrack and has gained his only two victories on the surface.

An interesting race for the money and GREY SOLDIER gets the vote to continue his progress.
Gordon Elliott's five-year-old, a regular winner on the flat in France, beat a huge field to lose his maiden status over timber on heavy ground at Naas and showed that decent going was no problem with a fine effort in a tough handicap behind Slieveardagh and Castle Anshan at Killarney last time, conceding weight to the first two. Coscorrig is a decent enough hurdler but he's been making his name over fences recently and may not quite have the pace of the selection. Decoy Daddy is another who is doing well over the bigger obstacles though his recent close second to Swiftmarc over timber at Tipperary was a very sound effort and he looks certain to go well. New Phase has won half of his six starts over hurdles and is definitely on the upgrade but the useful Glenstal Abbey has a little to prove after pulling up on heavy going at Clonmel in February as he had won on similar going at Navan previously.

Whiteball Wonder, a dual winner on the flat at the Curragh, is an interesting newcomer but hurdling form suggests this should chiefly concern COMMON ALLIANCE, Echua and Riverscape.
The former is a beautifully-bred filly who made a very promising racecourse debut on fast ground at Punchestown last month when only just held by Sandymount Lady. With normal improvement likely she can take this for Jessica Harrington. Echua had some decent form on the flat so it was no great surprise to see him produce a fair debut run behind Cabernet Sauvignon at Ballinrobe and he's another who will have benefited from that experience. Riverscape has been steadly progressing over timber and there was plenty to like about his close second to Split Ear at Ballinrobe at the end of last month.

With seven career victories to his credit, Mutadarek is always worth watching though he's 11lbs higher than for his latest success over hurdles a year ago.
Gudnis Gracious Me is in superb form and probably found 2m4f stretching her stamina when completing a double at Ballinrobe at the end of last month. She's up another 7lbs here but is still expected to get competitive. VINO VINO CAVO is 6lbs higher after gaining the first victory of his career over subsequent winner Cabernet Sauvignon at Limerick last month but is progressing fast and looks capable of defying the extra burden. Sherchanceit was caught in the shadow of the post by Cuchulains Son at Ballinrobe and will make a bold bid to go one better while Nivek's Dream showed his liking for fast conditions when landing a maiden at Downpatrick and can make his presence felt.
20:50 Roscommon
A very tough handicap to bring the curtain down but RARE COMMODITY looked a very progressive type when comfortably landing a Clonmel maiden on fast ground last month and the handicapper may have erred on the side of leniency.
The Rocking Dock is a much more experienced campaigner who scored under Tony McCoy at Perth last month and looks reasonably treated and though Whats Up Gorden pulled up in a chase at Listowel last week he's better treated over hurdles and beat a huge field in a handicap at Punchestown earlier. Richard The First scored over the C&D in August but that was on heavy ground and he's been well beaten on fast going.
