Here are today's Ladbrokes Southwell tips

Alan McCabe's Tamarind Hill has run some reasonable races here in recent starts but the son of Shamardal remains a maiden after 16 outings and he may have to settle for minor honours behind BANDEAR, who gets the vote over Hill Of Miller.
Rae Guest's gelding is another that has yet to win a race but he has shown some ability and the handicapper has given him a chance by dropping him to a career low mark of just 68 ahead of his debut on the Fibresand. Jeremy Glover's Cookie Galore is likely to struggle under the penalty incurred for her win at Wolverhampton earlier this month, while George Baker's Kummel Express has harshly been raised 2lbs for her effort at Lingfield last time. Mark Johnston's Babylonian did not progressed as may have been anticipated as a juvenile last season and has to be of interest on her handicap and Fibresand debut with the yard in such good form but she may have to settle for minor honours again. The vote then goes the way of Bandear who is trained by Clive Brittain, who can do little wrong with his runners at present, so lack of a run since October should not be a worry for the daughter of Royal Applause. She remains a maiden but should handle the Fibresand and looks worth chancing in a race that should not take a great deal of winning.

Peter Hiatt's Eseej is now 2lbs lower in the weights than when successful over course and distance in October and he has solid claims if able to reproduce the form that he showed that day but he has not been at his best of late, admittedly on the Polytrack, and a better bet looks to be WHOOSHKA, who gets the vote with Amazing Blue Sky rated the best of the rest.
The selection won well over course and distance a week ago and Peter Chapple-Hyam's filly has solid claims of following up under her penalty for that success. Fitzolini has been running consistently well and has place claims but he is not certain to stay this far and a bigger threat is likely to come from Alan McCabe's Heathyards Junior, who is less exposed than most of his opponents and remains open to improvement over trip that may suit. John Quinn's Veiled Applause comes back following a break since running over hurdles in November and has to be considered but he disappointed on his previous run here and of more interest is another making their seasonal reappearance, Amazing Blue Sky. Ruth Carr's gelding has not been seen since August but has run well here before and he looks the main danger to the selection, Whooshka.
15:25 Southwell
Rae Guest's Privy Speech ran well here on her only start so far when finishing a close up third behind Lily Lily in December and she has to be respected with improvement for the run likely but it is hard to get away from JUICY PEAR, who gets the vote over Dane Cottage.
Gay Kelleway's filly has run creditably in two starts last month at Wolverhampton and she has to be considered on her Fibresand debut but is likely to have to settle for a place at best. Oskari has run well here before and was not disgraced in a handicap last time but the five-year-old, who has not had a great deal of racing, has 15lbs to find with the selection on BHA ratings. The one newcomer in the race, Suli Blew, makes limited appeal on pedigree, while Swift Steel and Ignore are probably best left out of calculations in a contest taken to go to Juicy Pear. Michael Bell's gelding is becoming expensive to follow having been a beaten favourite in his last two starts but this is his easiest assignment so far and, given his dirt bred pedigree, he should improve for racing on the Fibresand
15:55 Southwell
Bel Cantor won well here two starts ago and has to be respected back on the Fibresand having disappointed at Lingfield subsequently but he is now 4lbs higher than when winning here previously and may have to settle for minor honours behind HITS ONLY JUDE, who is preferred to Jack Rackham.
Bryan Smart's gelding won well at Kempton last time in January and has claims off his new mark just 3lbs higher than at Kempton and only 2lbs higher than when narrowly beaten over course and distance in January last year so he has to be strongly considered with the yard in good form. Conor Dore's Punching is held by the selection on running here last month and of more interest may be Ruth Carr's Frognal, who makes his reappearance and Fibresand debut. Michael Squance's Onceaponatime has been running consistently well and has to be considered but preference is for Hits Only Jude. Declan Carroll's gelding bounced back to winning ways when successful here last month and he has solid claims of following up off just a 4lb higher mark.
16:30 Southwell
Derek Shaw's Mr Funshine was well drawn when successful at Wolverhampton last time and may struggle to follow up off a 5lb higher mark today from stall one in a race taken to go to HART OF GOLD, who is preferred to You'relikemefrank.
John Balding's gelding remains a maiden after 11 starts but has run some reasonable races in defeat and he has to be considered in a race that should not take much winning. Angle of Attack has a good record here but is probably better over six furlongs and may not be suited by the return to the minimum trip, while Shakespeare's Son has won just the once from 38 starts, over course and distance back in September 2008, and that record is unlikely to be improved on here given his recent form. Best One has struggled against the handicapper since winning here in December and could probably do with being dropped a few pounds with a better bet looking to be Hart of Gold. Admittedly the six-year-old has not won for some time but he has been running well of late, including on the Fibresand, and he looks worth siding with in a poor quality contest.

Kevin Ryan's STEP TO IT improved from his three previous starts all in sellers when landing a handicap here over a mile last month and he looks to have been found a good opportunity to follow up that success off just a 5lb higher mark today, with the main dangers looking to be Sandy Toes and Taper Jean Girl.
Ruth Carr's gelding is strictly held by the selection on running here last time but he may do better dropped back to seven furlongs from a mile and cannot be discounted. Chris Dwyer's Premium Charge won narrowly here last month and has been harshly punished by the handicapper for that success having been raised 7lbs so he looks best watched. Jeremy Gask's Thaliwarru is less exposed than most of these after just six starts and ran creditably here in a claimer last time so he cannot be discounted although more solid claims are seemingly held by Sandy Toes, who looks to be going the right way and may improve for the extra furlong today having been running well over sprint trips. There are several interesting contenders in the field for this handicap but none more interesting than Step To It, who can make it two from two at the track.
