The ‘Who killed Archie Mitchell’ storyline in Eastenders finally comes to an end tonight and punters still have time to back their favourite.

The culprit will be revealed during tonight’s live show to celebrate their 25th Anniversary. Paddypower (Free £50 bet on who killed Archie Mitchell) will be LIVE Betting during the show.

Bookmakers and viewers and have their own opinions on who struck the evil Mitchell with the Queen Victoria bust with a lengthy line of suspects still in the frame, with quite a few having some nervous moments when DSI Jill Marsden comes sniffing around Albert Square.

Will Ronnie Mitchell finally be caught for murdering her father? (40/1 with William Hill)

Ronnie’s relationship with Archie has always been rocky ever since he made her give up her baby as a teenager.

Their relationship did not get any better when her daughter came to try and find her and he turned her against Ronnie by telling her she never wanted to see her, when in fact that was not true. And to make matters worse she only made up with her daughter seconds before she was knocked down and killed by Janine Butcher.

In the build-up to Archie’s death they both argued which in turn led to Ronnie losing her baby and this fuelled her hatred for her father even more. And the fact she was the one who found Archie’s body and was heard saying ‘sorry’ made her prime suspect for quite a while.

Will the police arrest Ronnie for a final time on Friday? Or is she actually innocent?
